Here are the books I plan on reading this month! Might be a bit ambitious but I'm gonna shoot for it.

I decided to also join in a challenge called '2016 Challenge - Read Tamora Pierce'. Wooo!!

I really love her books and I really wish I had read more of them. This is one of the biggest reasons why I decided to join in. I don't know how many I plan on reading this year, as I don't want to overwhelm myself too much, but I decided to start on the Emelan series (linked for reference) at the least.

I may read more during the month, depending on how I go with finishing my current TBR list above, so... yay!!

Another challenge that I'm going to do (yeah, yeah, yeah...) involves the Read Harder Challenge 2016 which is hosted by Book Riot! I found myself pulled into this challenge just simply because it encourages others to read books outside their usual genre - for me, that's teen fiction in general. I'll type out the list that I've commited to already below. It'll be better than this post having an onslaught of photos.

• Read a book by or about a person that identifies as transgender: Freakboy by Kristin Elizabeth Clark
• Read a book that is set in the Middle East: Seas of Poppies by Amitav Ghosh
• Read a book that is by an author from Southeast Asia: The Ghost Bride by Yangsze Choo
• Read a book of historical fiction set before 1900: An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir

 If you think you've already seen this post before, well... you're not wrong. Due to the fact that I did not read at all last month, all the things I planned on reading January have been pushed forward for February. I'm going to do my best to keep from doing this, since if I do I'll never get through the stuff I'd like to read, but life happens... and, honestly, there wasn't much I could do about it this time around.
