How do you keep track of your TBR pile?

I use Goodreads to add books I'd like to read to my to-read shelf but it's a bit of a mess. I don't own a lot of the books on there yet. As for the books I own on my TBR; they're all on their own shelf.

Is your TBR mostly print or ebooks?

Most of my TBR books are print. As most of you know by now, I'm not fond of ebooks.

How do you determine which book from your TBR to read next?

I don't have a system or any kind of organisation when it comes to what I read next. It's basically whatever I'm in the mood for.

Okay so I got a little excited about Christmas and all the xmas themed novellas that appear during the season... So I went to Goodreads and shelved a 'couple' of wintery books. This was the last one I TBR'd.

The Stars Never Rise by Rachel Vincent. The cover is so so pretty! The whole story line sounds really interesting too.

The Infernal Devices series. Like all the time. I actually really  want to read them but other books keep taking priority.

Waiting On Wednesday #3

Look how pretty the cover is! I can't wait for this to release in June next year. It's a long, long time to wait but I will definitely be picking up a copy.

Cover Reveal: The Stars Never Rise by Rachel Vincent

Rachel Vincent has finally released the book cover for The Stars Never Rise and oh my goodness isn't it beautiful? Absolutely stunning in my opinion and I cannot wait to get my hands on this book *grins widely*

Here's what Rachel had to say about the cover:

"This is my first hardback, so in addition to the front and back cover and the spine, it has both front and back flaps.

I love the colors, and I love that if you zoom in, you can see stars in the title and on the back cover. The book is about teenage exorcist outlaws (How’s that for a short pitch?!?) and while that may not be obvious from the art itself, I think the tone of the art is dead-on. The book is about identity and self-discovery (butterfly from its cocoon, anyone?), and the objective nature of truth, and (like nearly every book I’ve ever written) fighting for what’s important, even in the face of overwhelming odds.

Also, MY NEW ART IS A BUTTERFLY ON FIRE! I can’t get over how awesome that is, and how relevant it feels to the main character, Nina Kane, and the fact that though she might look small and delicate on the outside, she is not to be messed with.
